Yesterday, Mend welcomed some surprise guests—Bono, his wife Ali Hewson and Renzo Rosso, the founder of Diesel! We were so excited to introduce them to the seamstresses and show them our newest bags!
Bono serenaded Grace, one of our newest seamstresses, with Amazing Grace! By the end she was singing along. The ladies were equally impressed by Renzo who demonstrated his talents on the sewing machine. But most importantly, the ladies were able to share their stories with our guests.
It was a great visit and we were so happy to send Bono, Ali and Renzo home with the Slingshot Cow Canvas Tote!
